 Great hands free, first Ive had which is like talking on a phone even at 70mph! May 13, 2010

This is a great little hands free, at first i was a little skeptical because of the price, cheap and tacky i thought. However having used it i can safely say it is as clear as talking on the phone, i am herd well and can hear well even on the motorway at 70mph where i do most of my driving.
As for some previous reviews with some complaining about the sound similar to a darlek i believe this is down to the phone you are using not the device.
I used a Sony Ericsson w800i at first and my voice was very quiet and did sound terrible. However when i paired my nexus one phone the sound was crystal clear and always has been since.

Quite easy to set up. Used on a car on a long journey it is very good, but if you have to get in and out of the car, you have to pair it with your phone everytime, which takes a minute or so. Long battery life. Sound from the speaker is good, and people can hear what you say even in a noisy van. Overall, good value for money.

Setup was very easy, connecting phone is straight forwards. Voice commands tell you exactly what to do. Also the speaker quality is good
BUT
Needs to be switched off to charge!
Blue flashing light is distracting when driving at night
Clip to secure to sun visor damages the fabric of the visor
Voice recognition is not too bad provided the car is not moving and you shout
WORST OF ALL
Most people I call comment on the very bad quality of my speech. Are you underwater / on the moon / in a tunnel. Followed by much laughter / swearing and hanging up the call on me.
Regrettably - my fault - I bought this unit early Dec 09 but only started using in Jan 10. By the time I realised that this product was crap my return warranty was void and I am getting no feedback from the manufacturers.
I cannot and will not use this product and therefore cannot recommend its purchase

I used this product for about a month, the reception was fine but I had many complains about not being able to be heard. I tested this out for myself and understood the problem. Unless you shout in the car you cannot be heard. I sent this back and got a refund with no questions asked.

Easy to use and link to phone, Sync address book, so the caller is announced.
Excellent battery life, a good product for the price.
